Welcome to the registration page for the Hemophilia Preceptorship Rotterdam, taking place on September 24 and 25, 2026, at the Erasmus MC (EMC), Center of Expertise for Rare Blood Coagulation Disorders.
Designed for clinicians seeking to advance their expertise, this intensive program provides unprecedented access to EMC’s Hematology Department and its comprehensive, multidisciplinary hemophilia care model. Join leading specialists as we dive into cutting-edge clinical data, innovative research, and real-world case studies that are shaping the future of hematology.
Selection process
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please only register participants once they have confirmed their availability and commitment to attend. Registration will close as soon as the capacity is reached, so we encourage prompt submissions.
Target Audience
Hematologists or other medical doctors who care for adults and/or adolescents with Hemophilia A.
Roche Staff participation:
If you wish to accompany your HCPs to the upcoming Preceptorship, please submit an expression of interest via email.
Please note the following:
Staff capacity is strictly limited (local Dutch medical team) to a maximum of three to five Roche employees in the meeting room (depending on the amount of attendees. Please be aware that you may not be allowed to join the entire meeting.

Cost allocation
Please find the breakdown of cost coverage for the Preceptorship Rotterdam below:
Affiliate responsibility: Affiliates directly cover travel, hotel and arrival and departure transfer costs for their registered HCPs.
- Flights: All travel to and from the Netherlands must be booked independently.
- Hotel: We will pre-book a 4 star hotel in Rotterdam. A dedicated booking link for a hotel located close to the Erasmus MC (EMC) campus will be provided shortly.
- Transfers: Airport transfers are not included. If you stay at the recommended hotel, daily transfers to the EMC are not required as it is within walking distance of the hotel. You will need to organize and fund your own transfers if you choose an alternative hotel.
Roche Netherlands responsibility: Roche Netherlands covers speakers, meeting room costs, catering costs (3x coffee breaks, 2x lunch, group dinner) and transfer to and from the restaurant.
HCP approval in the system
Please note that each HCP will be entered (by Roche Netherlands) into the iHCP system, including all anticipated costs, in advance. Each HCP must be fully approved in the system before they can attend the meeting.
Deadline
Registration closes on July 31st, 2026, or earlier if the maximum capacity is reached.
